Waves Craft Bar Kitchen

We enjoyed the valentines dinner here tonight 2026 and enjoyed all of the food! The service was great as well, thanx to Kamryn! She recommended and we received this amazing show piece of a beverage. We have a great video of this but this site will not let me upload a video. The clams, brussel sprouts, blackened grouper and ribeye were all on point!!

Excellent service, and the happy hour has very reasonable prices for the quality and quantity of food. I recommend trying the crab cakes and the mac and cheese.

Had a wonderful Valentines dinner at Waves Craft Bar Kitchen. We had a Valentines special bottle of wine, Crispy skin Salmon, and the 8oz Filet Mignon. Great job to the entire crew especially our server, Kameryn. Thanks for the rose!

I was very pleasantly surprised at Waves Craft. We took out a group of 10 with us as new clients if ours and the atmosphere was perfect. Not quiet, but an active venue complete with a really well complemented bar for pre-dinner cocktails. Great dark lighting to better the atmosphere as well. The service was excellent, and the food was really too shelf for central FL. I was also very pleasantly surprised at the entire Hilton Hotel the restaurant is located in. It was every bit as advertised. A full four stars as it was rated and it was definitely at the higher end of the hotel spectrum in Brevard County. I highly recommend both! Who knew?

Terrific restaurant! Great food, drinks and wonderful wait staff. I ordered a Tropical Old Fashioned & then our fantastic server, the very knowledgeable Marlene, recommended that I try their Coconut Old Fashioned and she was right: it was even better!! Tasty appetizers too!! For our entrees, I had the Angus steak and my wife had the scallops, both which were delicious. Highly recommended!!
