Shoyu Hibachi Express & Poke Bowl

We found this place online, read the amazing reviews and decided to give this place a chance. We were so glad that we did!! Had the hibachi combination with filet mignon and chicken, yakisoba noodles, shrimp tempura and steak hibachi. Loved all the dishes!! They just hit the spot! Appreciated the staff’s friendliness and dedication towards customer satisfaction. The food portion was very generous. Hot chili oil was so hot!!!

Great experience from start to finish. Dumas and the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, taking the time to explain all of our options and make recommendations. We went with the hibachi steak and chicken — both were cooked perfectly. The steak was especially soft, tender, and full of flavor. The rice and vegetables were excellent, and the carrots were a really nice touch that added great flavor and texture to the meal. Everything tasted fresh, well-seasoned, and made with care. Friendly service, great food, and a relaxed atmosphere — and our food was ready in less than 12 minutes after ordering. We’ll definitely be coming back!

My girlfriend and I come every Monday, sit in or take out — always amazing. The staff knows us by name and always adds extra yum yum sauce. Chicken hibachi is our favorite and honestly the best. Highly recommend!

Really tasty teppanyaki and fresh poke. The steak hibachi was juicy and cooked a nice medium. Fried rice was flavorful and loved the sweet carrot side. Large portion that I could barely finish. The spicy poke flavors are particularly good. Service is very friendly.
