The dining experience is absolutely exquisite! Did not expect this gem in Brevard County. Daniel, the owner, was so warm in greeting us. You can tell every plate was carefully thought out and crafted. All the ingredients and flavors are spot on. We loved every dish we tried. They don’t take calls so you have to either contact them through email, Instagram, or Facebook for reservations which makes it very unique. Definitely will be coming back again and again!

Daniel has brought my sushi standards to a whole different level. We went as a family for my daughter's 16th birthday and everything was amazing. We had the Blue fin Sampler, Wagu Skewers and Toro! Sooo good! Went back 2 weeks later with my brother and SIL (from Los Angeles) for the Omakazi and sat at the bar. WOW! From the salad, apps, rock shrimp toast, sashimi, fresh blue fin and salmon sushi, to the amazing desserts. It was the best sushi they have ever had. Daniel introduced each plate educating us, showed us the fish and paired with the sake flights. 10 stars! A week later took my sister and niece (also from Los Angeles) to lunch and got the salmon bent boxes. Delicious! Cant wait to go back for the Ramen and taste other dishes!

Koko Japanese Pub is an outstanding experience. The ambience is warm, with a beautiful décor and an authentic Japanese pub feel. 🤗 Sitting at the counter and watching the food being prepared in front of you adds a special, immersive touch that elevates the entire meal. The food is exceptional. The shio ramen was rich and perfectly balanced with a touch of spices, and the hamachi crudo was incredibly fresh and clean in flavor. Everything felt thoughtful and precise. Service was just as impressive. Taylor, our server, was welcoming, attentive, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. We had dined here twice previously (both great experiences) and decided to come in for the omakase. Any praise I could give would be an understatement. The quality of every ingredient is extraordinary, the flavors absolutely unmatched. Every single bite of all 18 courses blew us away. A truly intentional and beautiful experience! Cannot wait to come back for another omakase soon.

What a treat to have such a unique and high quality dining experience in Brevard county!! For those of you who normally travel to Orlando or west palm beach for Michelin level food, look no further! We’ve had both dinner and brunch here and each bite brings a single slow rolling tear down my cheek 😂😭. Truly incredible what chef Daniel and his wife are doing for the community! Prices are incredible for the quality as well. Will be coming back over and over again!
