Walmart Grocery Pickup

Called the number twice no answers, left voicemails, attempted to call the main store number and no one answered waited 30 minutes till I had to walk in while I had my new born with me to see them standing around, being rude about it & waited additional 30minutes for them to come out after talking to them. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. I only ordered from this Walmart because the app wasn’t letting me pick the Walmart that is closest to me which is Elkton. My pickup time was between 7pm-8pm I called at 7:45 saying I was running behind a little bit because I got caught in traffic on my way home from work. I talked to a man who said he was the manager and he finally agreed to let me come in after 8 and said they would let me just come in the store and take my groceries out. when I arrived at the store at the time we had discussed I walked in and spoke to a team lead who said there was no male manager and she wasn’t sure who I spoke to or why he told me it was okay to come in but that they would go get my order for me. AFter waiting an hr she brought out the wrong order then I waited another 30

Had to call number twice. Waited nearly an hour. They only had 2 people at 5 pm for a dozen cars. Why didn't they stagger orders more..bad management I'd say.

I started using this service during covid. Everyone I have dealt with has been helpful and friendly even when they were busy.

Walmart pickup is absolutely HORRIBLE… they need better and faster service… they suck
