Placed an order on 10/15 for a custom cake for my daughter's 1st Birthday party for pick up by 8am on 10/26. On 10/25 after 2pm I got an email that they cancelled my order. Thinking this must be a mistake I called and the excuse I got was, "our only cake decorator is on vacation." How you don't figure out that you can't accommodate my cake order until TEN DAYS after the order was placed when I am supposed to pick it up in less than 24 hours is beyond terrible service. I can't even get another cake in time for my daughter's birthday since you gave me such a little notice. I'll be sure to let everyone I know what how terrible your service is.
