Is this place the preview of human-less McDonald's? + new & clean & modern + good for drive-through orders - no drink refill station / napkins / ketchups / etc. - Kiosk only (no one seems to ready to take order in person) - smaller than other McDonald's

I’ve had multiple issues at this McDonald’s, and this last visit really took the cake (or the sundae). First of all, there’s no seating inside, which is already odd. Then I was given root beer instead of Coke. When my fiancé went inside to exchange it, he stood there for seven full minutes before anyone even acknowledged him — despite staff being present. Eventually it was fixed, but apparently eye contact is optional here. Drive-thru orders are also consistently wrong, which unfortunately seems to be a regular occurrence and not just bad luck. The grand finale: I ordered a plain sundae so I could give it to my dog Bella. She loves car rides. She loves ice cream. Best Mcdonalds in town! Shout out to the overnight shift, Y'ALL ARE THE BEST and take such good care of me! The food is always hot and everyone in there is so polite and kind! Thank you for being awesome.

The absolute worst McDonalds Ive ever been to. There’s no registers, just kiosks. On top of that there’s no fountain in the lobby so you can’t even get your drink while you wait for your food. And I’m sure coming in here did no good, I just went in a queue with all the drive through orders. Straight trash. If this is the new business model you’ve lost a customer.

Food - first time ever my son didn't like a nugget. Not as fresh as I would expect for the wait time. Service - took 10-15 minutes to get two meals. Atmosphere - sterile and trying to tell you "we're not really doing indoor dining anymore." Cramped, dirty and no employee in sight. If you eat in, you will have no choice to be by the door, and I observed the setup catching everyone who came in off guard. "At least they have a plant" lol
