Always love burger king stop in this one every time I come thru they need some help tho both times I went inside only 2 or 3 people struggling to do everything, explains why drive thru takes forever. get them folks some help in there bk, food was still great jus took a while, can blame the 2 people for the wait they were doin the best they can. You guys rock!

Horrific!! Almost threw up. Got the usual whopper. It was completely soggy, like the whole burger had been dipped in cold oil by whoever was working the kitchen. Onion rings are soggy. Nasty, had to toss them. The desert also has stale mini Cinnabuns. Overall, another branch is bound to go out of business like the KFC beside it. University Avenue has been most consistent in terms of quality so far. But this was an utter failure. This is what happens: the corporation becomes greedy for profit and fails to reward staff when things are good.

BEWARE - they try to sneak in an extra dollar upcharge on your order. I just tried to order a breakfast combo listed at $7.19 on the menu - but the pre-tax subtotal given to me was $8.19, with no upsizing involved (nuts, I should have snapped a pic of the drive-thru order screen). The cashier said he couldn't change the asking price at his end. I opted to cancel my order today, so I can't vouch for food quality this time. But in the past, I've been happy with it. Decent food, but Crooked upcharging = 2 stars

Regina working the drive thru was fantastic! Very friendly. I appreciate people who have to work on holidays (New Years Day) and she was great.

Fast food service has gone down the drain since Covid, but it was very refreshing to come here and get good polite service, and fresh food in a clean environment 😀 . Wed night 01/14 around 7pm
