Walmart Bakery

I placed a paid online bakery order for pickup for a time-sensitive event. The order was confirmed, then canceled by the store the day before pickup with no explanation and no attempt to contact me. Horrible experience. I do not recommend this location or any Walmart bakery. I tried calling the bakery multiple times throughout the day to understand what happened, but no one answered the phone. Customer service was unable to provide a reason and kept directing me back to the bakery, which was unreachable. Canceling a confirmed, paid bakery order the day before an event, without notice or explanation, is unacceptable. The lack of communication made an already stressful situation worse.

They have HORRIBLE Customer service ! Always cancelled my orders, if is a character cake or just a plain color cake. Nasty Nasty Attitudes. Need to do some customer service training.

Placed and paid for a cake order. 24 hours later I got an email that it was cancelled— no reasoning given. Tried to call and nobody answered. Safe to say I won’t be relying on them for cakes

I really wish y’all would go back to the way things were BEFORE Covid!! I used y’all to cover my kids cakes since birth but this new set up it’s almost impossible to get the cake u want!! Also NOBODY EVER ANSWERS THE BAKERY PHONE AND EVERY SINGLE ASSOCIATE IS RUDE‼️‼️
