Café Au Lait - Livonia

Wow! What a wonderful experience! We walked in and were greeted immediately by one of the workers. I am obsessed with the indoor decor and style, especially the moon light fixtures! There is a wide array of products to select from, and we went with the pistachio cake, black coffee, the strawberry splash refresher and a Nutella croissant. The presentation of the food was extremely professional and just shows you that this business truly cares about customer service. The croissants are made in house and it was SOFT and FLAKY, delicious! Pistachio cake was creamy and also the perfect texture for this dessert. I have been here twice now and can't say enough about the flavorful coffees, food, and the staff. The pistachio coffee was out of this world paired with a blueberry muffin. The hot ginger coffee was perfect with an almond cheese danish. The staff are as beautiful on the inside as on the outside! The environment is relaxing and peaceful. We have had many coffee houses pop up but not all of them are equal. Cafe Au Lait is definitely one of the better ones. In fact, I would say the AU in the name fits its counterpart as the element Gold in the Periodic Table.

If you love pistachio — look no further! The best pistachio latte and eclair! I have been there a few times in a short period of time and the quality and service does not disappoint. The owners are warm, welcoming and I love the extra pistachio love that Mira put in my latte! I go out of my way sometimes to stop by and it’s always worth it!

5 stars all the way!!! The staff is super friendly. They recognize you and they bring your food right out to you. The hot coco is probably the best hot coco I’ve ever had in Michigan. The environment is perfect for studying and just hanging out with friendly, especially the couches and fire pit

I was so excited to see this cafe open! It's a very convenient location. The interior is nicely decorated and clean. It was quiet and would be a great place to work or study. The cafe nuage latte was delicious and the butter croissant was good. Customer service was top notch. I'll be back to try their sandwiches!
