They handled my entire family’s taxes for years and everything ran smoothly when Mary was there. Since her retirement, however, it’s been a headache every single year. In my experience, Pat seems inexperienced, and rude. This year, after years of being loyal clients, we suddenly received a letter in the mail stating they would no longer be able to handle our taxes. The abruptness and lack of communication were extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I'd give them zero stars if I could. stay far away.
