Waffle House

Good food, good atmosphere and very clean and quick. Great post concert place to stop and eat late at night/early in the morning. As an added bonus our server knew every lyric to every song that came on.

I really like Waffle House, but they need a Keto friendly breakfast meal. It would be great for people watching their sugar intake. I paid $14.00, plus tax, for 3 eggs, sausage and bacon with water to drink. To me that was a little expensive. The staff and everybody was very nice and polite and worked in a timely manor. I just don't know if I'll be able to keep paying that price for the food though.

Their food is always good! But this particular location stays super busy and their will probably be a wait.

Walked in and there were several people waiting, there were several employees who were yelling at customers in a very uncomfortable way. Older people being berated about trying to sit somewhere. My food took forever which was ok since it was busy but the meat came out burnt. I asked for new meat and it never came. I had to ask for it as I was finishing everything else. The waitress got irritated and with an attitude brought me raw meat with grease pouring off the sides. I said that was unacceptable and she smarted off to me and told the guy cooking to deal with it. It was very unprofessional even for Waffle House standards. There was an employee apologizing to customers for the way they were being treated. Why has this become the normal standard for this place?

I am so glad to see I am not the only person that had a bad experience with Terri. I asked for syrup 5 times over a 20 minute period. Then I finally flagged her down and asked if I could get some syrup and a warm waffle to put it on. She said I asked you several times if you needed anything. I said yes you did. and I asked for syrup every time, you just never brought it. She still didn't bring me syrup, another customer brought me some. She also didn't make a new waffle. Then she caused a scene because we did not tip her. Management should really be reading these reviews.
