The best food in the Asheville/Weaverville area! The complimentary bread they give starts your experience off perfectly because it just melts in your mouth. We got the arancini and calamari appetizers- both were cooked amazingly. We split the pear & beet salad which was so unique and the flavors meshed super well. For our main, we got the gnocchi & duck sausage as well as the pork chop- I’m not sure which was better as they both were delicious. Every dessert sounded to die for but we settled with sharing two. The coconut cake and the peanut butter pie were perfection!

Super cute Italian restaurant tucked into downtown Weaverville. The space feels cozy and intimate, and even on a busy Friday night we were able to enjoy easy conversation without shouting which seems to be a rarity these days. Our party of four started with the wedge salad and the “table gnocchi,” which was a standout. The gnocchi was divine—pillowy soft, creamy yet somehow still light, with succulent sausage that paired beautifully with the gentle bitterness of the broccoli rabe. For our mains, my husband and I shared the trout and the short rib stroganoff. Both dishes were excellent, with generous portions and thoughtful flavor combinations that made it hard to choose a favorite. Took my wife here for her birthday this past weekend. We are part time residents in Weaverville and had yet to eat here. We were immediately greeted by both the hostess and incredible smells of what greatness was to come. The garlic knots were absolutely incredible and its was only the beginning. I ordered the Ribeye, my favorite cut, and my wife the half chicken. We also ordered drinks, a sidecar and whiskey sour. First came the drinks. I could not believe how well made both drinks were. Sadly I guess I'm just used to my drink being meh and watered down. These were anything but. Then came the food. What a charming spot! We had a romantic birthday dinner date here and enjoyed everything we ordered. The menu is a good size with a variety of options, including several interesting specials as well a mix of small and large plates. We enjoyed our cocktails, I'd love to see more cocktail options in the future. The peanut butter pie for dessert was delicious! We will be back for another date night.

My wife and I live in Weaverville and dine here often. Last Friday night we met friends for dinner and it was exceptional!. The Blacken Tuna was unbelievable. Wish that was on the menu all the time. The staff is top notch. Thank you Glass Onion
