Waffle House

Let me tell you folks, this Waffle House in Oneonta—tremendous. Really tremendous. I’ve been to a lot of diners, the best diners, believe me, and this one? Top tier. Some people are saying it might be the best Waffle House. I don’t know, but a lot of people are saying it. The waffles? Perfect. Golden, beautiful, very strong waffles. The hash browns—scattered, smothered, covered, whatever you want—they do it right. Nobody does hash browns like this place, okay? Nobody. The staff? Incredible people. Hard workers. Fast, friendly, very respectful—exactly what you want at 2 a.m. or 2 p.m., doesn’t matter. They run a tight ship. Very professional. Very impressive. Super clean and staff were so friendly. We had everything we needed, coffee refills, and really lovely service.

Exquisite service to an exemplary degree utmost urgency. Waitresses and staff alike are fantastic and of great quality. Plus they have jukebox.

Finally a 24 hour restaurant in Oneonta 😭🙏 and it was so fresh and good. Great staff and food

The store was clean and welcoming but that was all I can say for the new Oneonta AL location. The waitress was loud and intrusive and mentioned she had a psychiatrist appointment that day no less than 3 times during our visit. Our order was completely wrong. I ordered the cheese egg plate and got chopped chicken plate with cheese in my eggs. No raisin toast until I asked. Curly black hair stuck in the oil on the plate rim. (My hair is straight silver). My husband ordered a burger plate. Specified no cheese. Mayo with extra tomato. Received cheeseburger with dill pickle and no mayo. They did add extra tomato. Showed the manager the hair. They comped 25%. Very disappointed..
