Zaxby's

Waiting 45 minutes for 2 combos, forgot our ranch, also the buffalo fingers and wings had little to no sauce. Food was hot but tasted old. I hope there not reheating. Definitely not a typical Zaxby’s experience. The store was very backed up but it seemed as tho there was no customer focus what so ever. I sat at the DT window and staff seemed to just be hanging out.

I was told they misunderstood my dressing order but I could get some out of my refrigerator or basically do without 🤔 Now I know why I haven't eaten at a Zaxbys in 15 years especially with the high cost and rude customer service!!! Very expensive lesson but well learned! Not again, even if they're giving it away!

Last night was the first time I've ever had a problem with this location. I was very disappointed, was told they ran out of coleslaw and that they were not going to be making anymore. Then I was giving an extra piece of toast since they were out. Got to my car checked my food and there was no extra toast so I had to go back inside and ask for it. The sweet tea didn't even have sugar in it. The young boy that was supposed to be taking orders on the front counter was more interested in running his mouth to his friends that were in the restaurant than actually running food to the customers who had ordered to dine in.

This is place is so good! I love eating here and the crew is always friendly!
