Jack's Family Restaurant

I love jacks. The homemade biscuits are perfect and delicious. The chicken is crispy and good! The burgers are amazing. I could eat there breakfast lunch and dinner.

Ordered a chicken finger meal and sweet tea tonight, my chicken was first of all not adequately cooked, wasn’t warm to the touch. My fries were so bland with absolutely no seasoning. I ordered a sweet tea and then received unsweet tea. I had ate my food and drunk the tea anyways because I was that hungry. Well come to find out there is a jelly like brown substance in my drink. This is absolutely disgusting and I and very ashamed. I was not going to right a review at first but after I saw this I was furious. Jacks please do better!!

Wednesday evening we stopped by Jack's for their "Catfish" Dinner they had been advertising. IT DEFINITELY WAS NOT CATFISH. The three pieces of COLD fish were so small, not even longer than a finger length and very small in width. No fish taste or flavor of anything. "OH" maybe taste like paper. Fries were not hot, no salt and hard. Coleslaw had the core in large pieces in it, with lots of mayo slathered in it. That left one cold hard "Bisquit"????? NO THANK YOU

Today, 1/19/26, they had the crappy crew. Gets your order wrong, gives the wrong size coffee that's burnt, the biscuits are old and they don't seem to care about how they look at all. I was hoping they had the good crew this weekend but, maybe next weekend.

Just grabbed a Jack’s Big Bacon from this location. The service was awesome and my burger looks like it was the one used for the commercials. Not sure what this location is doing differently from others but it certainly stands out. Thank you!
