Great New Staff!!!....new to us, at least. It's been at least a year since we've dined here because the staff was soo terrible...But now, WHAT a difference!! It's amazing how much a happy staff improves the atmosphere. Melissa is a ray of pure sunshine! Thank you. We will be back.

i usually order at 3 am but i had college today, so I ordered to go, and i have never got an order of plain hashbrowns this small, i am talking the size of my two fingers no bigger no longer. never been this disappointed in an order portion. I always go to the Bluff city waffle house and I am not coming back to this one, other than those it was alright and the chicken was off. Service was good.

I've been to a lot of waffle houses over the years as a truck driver and as a neighbor. This particular one had a young lady that put my syrup and butter in the bowl with a hot waffle for a ti go order and I have to say it was the best combination of things that could happen after a 16 hr day best blueberry waffle ever!

I wouldn't have put a star but I guess you have to. Absolutely horrible experience today. The servers were extremely loud talking and laughing about their personal life, NOT BUSINESS OR ORDERS!! One server wanted to mop underneath our feet WHILE we were eating!! 😡 I'm talking other customers were even staring at them. Not enjoyable at all!!!
