Fire Pizza

My wife discovered Fire Pizza on TikTok a couple of weeks ago, so the four of us — my wife, my sister-in-law, my brother-in-law, and I — planned a date night to finally try it. I made a reservation ahead of time, which felt unnecessary when I booked it, but turned out to be a great decision. Seating is limited since they do a lot of takeout, and the place filled up quickly. We started with the garlic knots, and they were excellent — flavorful, fresh, and a perfect way to kick off the meal. For pizzas, everyone went a different direction, which made it fun because we got to sample a little bit of everything. I had a very pleasant culinary experience. The pizza was simply delicious, and its taste truly delighted my palate. The fresh basil added a unique and vibrant touch to every bite. The establishment, though small, was remarkably clean. Furthermore, the service was extraordinary and attentive. This is certainly a place I would like to revisit. My only minor disappointment was the absence of cannoli or tiramisu.

Went in for some pizza, was very happy. Got a few slices, a Caesar salad, drink and everything was cooked lovely and flavorful. Also found out they are open 7-days a week which is fantastic news. Nice atmosphere, very polite and I love it's a small business!

Service and food quality is absolutely the best I’ve ever had. No matter what we order it comes out hot, fresh and delicious. We followed them from the beginning,with their food trucks in different locations to their first brick and mortar store and we are so happy Chef Jeff is here to prepare everything from the homemade crust and sauce to the best salads anywhere. We are loyal customers who will be coming back for years to come.

Great Pizza place in Elizabethton's covered bridge area. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The pizza was made to perfection and really tasty. The price was on point and reasonable. Highly recommend and will definitely be back for another fabulous dining experience.
