Vitality Bowls - Lincoln, NE

Well, this place used to be a subway, then a vegan restaurant and now this one. I live in the neighborhood and always lovely to have such place nearby. The newly opened Vitality Bowls restaurant is amazing. I love the atmosphere and they have great food. I hope they stick around and won’t close like other places.

The menu was misleading, and the prices were inflated. My meal, which cost approximately $17, was a disappointment. The potatoes were unappetizing and lacked seasoning, while the meat was of poor quality and tasted off. Moreover, the dish was supposed to include roasted tomatoes, but they were conspicuously absent. According to the menu, the Chimichurri Steak and Roasted Potato Bowl should have come with Super Greens, Grass-Fed Sous-Vide Steak, Grains, Roasted Potato, Roasted Tomato, Radish, Chimichurri,

Everyone here is sooo nice! I had a Vitality Wrap with a Gluten Free Tortilla filled with Avacado, Greens, Grain blend, Roasted Potato, Radish, Lemon Tahini Vinaigrette, and Superseed crunch. (I left out the Garlic Aioli as a personal preference.) Wow! The wrap was delivered and I bit into the warmed tortilla filled with flavor. Sooo delicious! It was wrapped perfectly so nothing fell out and large enough to fill me up without feeling too stuffed. I highly recommend this healthy Cafe'!

I stopped by to try this place, expecting there to be more vegan and vegetarian items, especially given the "healthy" aspect of the place. I was really disappointed. The acai bowls are mostly vegetarian (honey and granola which usually has honey). None of the salads or savory bowls were even vegetarian or vegan without modifying the order and paying the same price after removing the more expensive parts of the dish and most of the bulk. Even the vitality wrap, which at least didn't come with meat by default, had to be modified for vegans. Avocado toast had cheese, which is totally unnecessary. So, i got the vitality wrap. It tasted fine, but... the grains/ rice were either undercooked or had sat around and dehydrated because they were crunchy. The wrap was heated, which made the lettuc

Indrid was absolutely amazing and so welcoming. My boyfriend and I took 15 minutes staring at the menu, and they were so patient and helpful. Went out of their way to help us decide what we wanted and thoroughly explained what was in each menu item off the top of their head. Extremely professional, kind and helpful, we will be coming back! I had to ask them for their name so I could write a review, give them a raise asap!
