Virgs

Seriously Try this place! Food is fantastic, mostly everything is seasoned perfectly! Portions were worth the amount you spend! You get what you pay for here, quality and portion sizes! The atmosphere feels like a mid western steam punk shop. It's an experience definitely worth going to. [Im almost certain they use a soux vei machine when cooking your meat, that way you get the perfect temperature every time then to get the crust i do believe they put it through the broiler real quick to get a nice sear and not burned char grill marks]. Seriously they let the meat shine, seasonings most likely just salt and not super over bearing. If you had the choice between a bar vibe or a home feeling vibe Virgs hands down bars are over rated. Choice between frozen meat versus fresh meat go with Virgs.

Enchilada sauce was tasty. Real beans. Hearty flavorful soup. Servers attentive even with a 20 top in other room.

My son and I just moved to Tooele and tried Virgs for the first time today. I was pleasantly surprised how good this place is. The food was so good. I got a turkey avocado sandwich. The bread was soft, and so delicious, my son got French toast and he said it was one of the best he's had. The French fries were great as well. The restaurant was decorated so adorable for Christmas. Our waiter (Katie) was a delightful person. She was the perfect amount of attentive. She obviously has regulars and seeing her interact with other customers made me smile. We will be going back regularly. Oh also the price was not bad and you get quite a bit of food.

Huge cut fries, tasty burgers, massive smothered burritos, gyros - everything was great! The veggie stew was a bit on the watery side, but still delicious. Staff and service is always smiling and super kind, drinks were always full. Prices are reasonable as well for what you get. Recommended if you just want great comfort food, and great Mexican food.

Virges is one of my favorite spots to visit. I've truly enjoyed everything I've tried here. Their hamburgers and smothered breakfast burrito are standout favorites. Virges does a great job of combining both quality and quantity.
