Cupbop - Korean BBQ in a Cup

I want to say that I've been to many... MANY Cupbops, and the service is always pretty amazing. Cupbop has always prided itself on picking people who have amazing Souls. I wanted to make sure that I took a minute and expressed my gratitude for some of those Souls here at the Tooele Cupbop. There were three, but I lost the slip I wrote their names on and can't remember the third name. Maddy, Brit, and amazing other worker, you made my visit so pleasant and fulfilling. I left with the biggest smile and a feeling of happiness. These three simply made my day. I went in for a free Kdawg (with voucher) and left with so much more. These ladies have won you a customer for life! The atmosphere was pleasant, clean and although there were several people there, it didn't feel overcrowded. Great mome

Really cool experience, especially as a Korean guy. It was fun walking in for the first time—they ask if it’s your first visit, and when it is, the whole team welcomes and greets you, which was a great part of Cupbop’s culture. The team member gave me some good recommendations, and I tried what he suggested. The food was overall good. Personally, I think it would be better to have more rice than japchae. I had a lot of japchae in my bowl, and since the meat was heavily seasoned and a bit salty, more rice would help balance the flavors better. Overall, it was a great experience. The hot dog was good, and the mandu was good as well. One thing they could improve is the atmosphere—it felt a bit dirty and messy inside, and the drink fountain area could use more cleaning.

Jayden is amazing! She talked us through everything and was patient when my four kids wanted specific things on their order. She helped the team stay positive and contributed to a 10/10 experience. She is the type of employee every business wants!
