El goloso Maracucho

This was our first time visiting and our first time trying Venezuelan food, and it absolutely exceeded expectations. Everything was delicious! It’s such a wonderful addition to Tooele County. We ordered a variety of dishes to share as a group, and truly, every single thing I tried was amazing. We’ll definitely be back!

Went for the first time on 1/30/26. Dang this place is SO GOOD! I've never had the pleasure of trying Venezuelan food and now I know I've been missing out. We had a group of six adults, and the owner noticed we had moved some chairs to the end of a booth so we could all sit together. He came over and offered to move a table to extend out eating area. So kind and courteous! They have Coke products on tap, Jarritos in glass jars, along with other single can drinks, and a tamarind 'lemonade' that was really good! All six of us ordered different things, and for the life of me I can't even tell you what they were. The only thing I know is Every. Single. One. Was absolutely delicious. This place is one that I will return to. It is simple, organized and clean. There are pictures on one wall that give an idea of the culture. My wife and I were greeted almost immediately upon entering. We walked up to the front counter for ordering. The team member who served us was patient and courteous while I asked a few questions. We chose simple empanadas (pabellon and shredded beef), mainly because I have trouble with wheat. We were told the food would take about 10 minutes to make. I didn’t time it but sounds accurate for the experience. The food was fresh and very hot. The crust was lightly crispy on the ones I ate. They had quite a few other products on the menu; I want to try them but most contain wheat.
