Great newspaper with a wonderfully historic building and press. I’m so glad local print journalism is alive and well. My only issue is there is no stop sign at the corner of South Summer at Davis. It makes no sense, every other intersection has a stop sign! I’m trying not to get run over while grabbing my morning paper.

VG is always better choice than business-promoting, immature, xx-times, in the sense to gather the comments from their readers. VG many times decline to feature the stories worth to be shared earliest to the readers and the island residents, in the urgent time manners. Their investigation stories then are written only after the manipulation was done while the public was unaware. It is safe(r) for them to investigate-report the hot issues after the issues are heated. Well, no one reads the editor's report story after the topic is shelved. I do not think VG today truly represents or features the island community, actively giving up their "timely" insight roles, this way.
