An absolute gem in Midtown, this renowned French address on 51st Street feels like a true escape to Paris. From the moment you walk in, the warm and welcoming service makes you feel at home, setting the tone for a memorable experience. The cuisine is outstanding — every dish we tried was beautifully prepared, deeply flavorful, and rooted in authentic French tradition. You can truly taste the care and craftsmanship in each plate. The wine program deserves special recognition. The by-the-glass selection is exceptional, showcasing classic French regions with bottles that are clearly chosen with precision and a deep respect for quality. It’s rare to find such a thoughtfully curated selection available by the glass. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for their hospitality, and a specia

The food is absolutely worth the price. Every dish was well-prepared, flavorful and beautifully presented. The portion sizes were generous and the quality exceeded expectations. A great value for a satisfying and enjoyable meal and good service.

TLDR: Drinks were great, food not worth it. Price doesn't justify the food in my opinion. Went after work yesterday because I heard good things and honestly the wine was GOOD I got proper tipsy and the wine options were great. Plus I still made happy hour so the drinks were affordable. The food though... I got a charcuterie board and was just expecting more. I think they charged me $14 for a literal piece of cheese lmao and gave me a tea spoon of jelly and mustard and 3 little pieces of pickle? Felt embarrassing to call it a charcuterie board, I've had way better in the city for way less - like The Lauvaux, etc. Anyways I thought maybe it was a fluke and ordered the duck confitt to give it another chance and that also fell flat... at the end of the night I was left with a $80 bill and was

Our second visit to Vin Sur Vingt - and unfortunately has gone a bit downhill since our previous visit. Service was a bit slow - it felt like they should have had more servers. We were ready to get a nice bottle of red (a Bordeaux), but neither of the bottles we wanted were available - disappointing from a wine bar. Food was ok - not quite as outstanding as our first visit last year. Our steak was cooked to our request (medium), however the outside was charred (in a bad way- the burnt taste came through). The moules were very good. We wish service had been a bit more attentive (it also didn’t help that they sat us beside a group with an unruly toddler who ended up throwing her bottle at my wife and hitting her in the face - not the restaurants fault, but definitely put a damper on th

This is unreal, waiter smoking outside in front of the restaurant. I ordered a steak tartare, which I love to make, no taste no cornichon, so seasonings, what a shame. Price $36.00! And the chef is at the bar doing nothing, looking at me. This place is a joke, please avoid this touristic trap.
