Vim & Victor at The St. James

I love V&V. It’s better than all the restaurants I go to & it’s right at my home base. I’ve never had a bad item on the menu. From the smoothies to the bowls to the homemade granola bars. The Vic burger is out of this world & so are the Mediterranean chicken bowl & southwest steak bowl. So appreciative of the staff & atmosphere there. Lastly, the tunes are always bumping in there.

Great food. I had the salmon with roasted veggies and a power play smoothie after my workout. Everything was pretty good. They tend to have live bands from time to time to time and it makes the atmosphere a nice vibe to chill after a workout. Staff is also cool. I recommend.

After class, the bar is the perfect place to wind down—smoothies, protein shakes, and even healthy snacks that taste amazing. It’s become my little post-workout ritual to hang out there, chat with other members, and enjoy a cold shake. If you’re looking for a place that combines a strong community vibe with serious fitness results, this is the spot.

The restaurant is great, a staple in The St. James community. Springfield, Virginia area is fortunate to have such a quality dining experience. The food is one of one and the service is outstanding?
