Eggs & Sushi

The restaurant is tucked away in a quiet spot, not in a busy shopping area, and it felt like discovering a hidden gem. The sushi and sashimi were incredibly fresh, and every roll tasted great. I wished I could try all of them. The prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!

First time trying Eggs and Suhsi. I had to get my car fixed and it was right across the street. I ordered miso ramen with pork chashu and salmon rolls. It was really good, good portions and reasonable price! I’m glad I tried it out and would be interested in coming back to try more on the menu. The staff was also very kind and attentive. I’m glad I tried it out.

Beef Bibimbap. Has a different approach with the ingredients. A non traditional take on the dish. I would call it bulgogi, egg and fried onions on rice. With lettuce. I guess with being a Japanese restaurant they don’t have the side dishes prepared. Hey, it was worth a try.

I enjoyed my smoked salmon and cream cheese bagel very much. It kept me full through the afternoon. Food was served relatively quickly. Definitely will go again whenever I'm in the area.

Unexpectedly great sushi. This has easily become one of my favorite sushi spots nearby. I love the Yoda, volcano, and fire crunch sky rolls.
