Villanueva Mexican Grill

Like every other review says, yes! The owners are sweet. But it’s really the wondrously tender, juicy meat and blissfully fresh salsas that blew me away. This is my new go to spot for Mexican food in the valley.

TODAY! RIGHT NOW! SOO DAMN FREAKING GREAT! try it with tortilla chips in it! OMG! 12.06 great! Lots of meat today! (12.14 went back to texas) 12.21 it was good. Little meat but still really good. The absolute best menudo. I will be coming back as long as I'm in town! Did I say they have the absolute best menudo? Well, they do! The staff are soo nice and welcoming!!

The food is excellent! The service is great and very friendly staff. The portions are big and very tasty overall. The chicken burrito is enough for two meals. I just cut it in half and get extra sides of salsa verde and it’s just as good the next day warmed up. I love this place, appreciate the authenticity, and highly recommend! I didn’t rate the atmosphere just because I’ve only gotten take out, but I’m sure the atmosphere is great just because the people that work there are very nice and welcoming. If you want delicious Mexican food, this is the spot!

My favorite place for tacos! They have the best fish tacos I've ever had, hands down. And lately I've been eating their shrimp tacos, also most excellent. We're always warmly greeted and they know their regular customers. Extremely highly recommended!
