Best Damn Chicken

I stopped by this chicken place today to try their fried chicken. I came right when they open because I saw they don't have a lot of parking here. I got the two piece chicken that comes with fries, coleslaw and bread. I also got the cherry Kool aid and wanted to try the banana pudding. While I was here I placed an order of the four piece wings which is theke gran wings menu. I got the buffalo and hot sauce. The place isn't that big inside so I think most people order to go. It didn't take long for them to make my order. The customer service here is amazing, I was greeted when I walked inside and the staff are easy to talk to. The wings do not have a lot of meat on them but they were good especially with the hot sauce. The fries were also delicious but I didn't like the coleslaw or bread.

I came here to try out their Chicago style wings, on their recommendation, I chose the mild sauce. The wing was good on their own but the mild sauce amped up the flavor. I got greeted with their traditional greeting,"Damn you hungry" which brought a smile to my face, I had the 2pc wings with fries and slice of white bread and red kool aid, I chatted with the owners and cook (Rachel and Mac(?), they were very pleasant and friendly to chat with. Parking was ok, it was shared with the business in the strip mall

It's simple but it's good. Sometimes good food doesn't need a fancy wrapper and the Chicken wings plate is just straightforward yummyness. There's a lot of home cooking packed into each flavor, as if the food is made in someone's kitchen instead of out of a prepackaged box and tossed in a deep fryer. The chicken is spiced so well you really don't even need the sauce (The BBQ sauce is darn good though). It's not smothered with breading or grease, so it's the chicken and the spices that are doing the heavy work. The bread helps balance the saltiness while that BBQ sauce adds a nice tangy sweetness. Maybe there is a hint of pineapple or something like that? I like it! If anything, I do wish there is more meat and plump to the chicken, so if you're hungry, you may need more than just two pi

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We tried this fried chicken spot and WOW — it was so good. I usually never finish my food and end up giving the rest to my partner, but this time I finished everything myself. I even finished the fries, which I normally don’t do. I wasn’t a huge fan of most of the sauces (personal preference), except for the hot sauce — that one was solid. But honestly, the chicken didn’t even need sauce. It was crispy, juicy, and absolutely fire 🔥 Definitely coming back.

I am so thrilled that Best Damn Chicken & Fish is now open in the valley—it was truly needed! I had an amazing meal. The star was the catfish: crispy, flaky, and seasoned to perfection. The homestyle touches made it even better; the Kool-Aid was a delicious blast from the past, and the lemon pound cake was so moist and rich, it felt sinful in the best way. This is my new go-to spot. Highly recommend!
