Village Ice Cream & Candies on Emerald Isle is such a treat - truly an experience in itself. Their ice cream selection is amazing, and their candy selection is unmatched. It’s the kind of place where both kids and adults light up the moment they walk through the door. Their neighboring shop, Village Beach Mart, has some of the coziest Emerald Isle tees you’ll find anywhere. Whether you’re visiting the island or you’re a local looking for a treat, I can’t recommend them enough. The staff is always kind, always working hard, and it shows! The family puts their whole heart into their businesses, and it’s felt in every detail!

Can't say enough good things about the people here! Super helpful and offered samples of any of the taffy we wanted to try! All the sweets they have are amazing and the ice cream was very good as well! Will definitely be back next time.

As long as we’ve lived in the area, we’ve never had a chance to stop it. Decided to take my kids here after a beach trip and let me tell you, it was the best! The ice cream was great and so many choices! We also got the Dubai strawberries, delicious! But the best part… the girl working there. Super nice and patient (I’m super indecisive) and she was really sweet to my kids. We will definitely be back!

Visited for the first time tonight and it was great! Easy walk from the house we are renting. We just beat the rush. So many choices. Friendly service who were patient with our kids trying to decide on flavors. Nice sitting area outside to enjoy the evening while eating. Highly recommend!
