Villa Perk Coffee Co.

Came here after seeing good reviews. When I walked in, the place looked okay overall. The seating wasn’t very comfortable—the booth was much lower than the chair, the table was uneven and wobbly, and there were cup stains suggesting it hadn’t been wiped. There were also quite a few fruit flies around, which was distracting. The sunlight by the window was very bright with no covering, which made sitting there uncomfortable. At the register, the staff member seemed tired and took our order without much expression. I ordered a latte. The presentation was lacking, and the coffee could have been hotter. Warming the cup beforehand would help maintain the temperature. Parking was convenient.

Came in to study during a snow storm and it was very cozy! I ordered a small Americano and it was decent - nothing too special or extraordinary about it (I.e., typical coffee flavor hints). I've been here before (but never left a review), and I'm glad they have come so far - the cups don't have their sticker anymore, but an actual logo/design :)

Had the pleasure of visiting Villa Perks cafe for the first time! The relaxed vibe encourages sipping for awhile, with various seating areas including outdoor seating. Ordered a hot mocha with sugar-free caramel. Perks offers sugar-free vanilla and caramel syrups. A steady stream of people came in ordering pumpkin spice lattes and sugar-free pumpkin would be wonderful (just sayin). Anyway, sat at a cute bistro table and overheard someone asking the barista if they make their own syrups. He replied that they are in the process of transitioning to that but, at the moment, the only homemade syrup drink they offer is their Ovaltine Latte. Side note, the heart on my coffee looks kiddywampas because I couldn’t wait & took a sip. Mmmm.

This place rocks, cool vibe, pets allowed, relaxing, great coffee, try the Ovaltine hot chocolate the best, local favorite, pastries are great. Love this spot give it a try!

Little cafe with a good amount of seating for working on a laptop. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful with suggestions and was obviously very passionate and knowledgeable. Every other person seemed to be a regular customer whom the owner called by name and happily greeted, knowing their orders by heart! Pretty impressive since this cafe has only been open for less than ten months. I got lucky with parking right in front, but I would imagine it is somewhat difficult to find a spot to park due to the busy street the cafe is on. I enjoyed my Pancake Latte which appears to be a favorite amongst many customers. The barista was extremely professional, friendly, focused, and efficient.
