Vilai's Thai Kitchen

This is the cutest little Thai restaurant. The atmosphere is charming. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The menu is fantastic. The food is fresh and made to order. It was some of the best Thai food I have had in years. I highly recommend!

We are in town for my husband's work conference, and as much as I love fish 🐟, and fresh catch seafood, I also need some change of pace for my taste buds, so across he street from our hotel is this small family owned business, recipe passed down from the grandmother, Chef Eric and his daughters are this little space and turned it into an oasis. With outdoor seating just walking distance from the beach ⛱️. ⛱️ What more could a girl ask for? Pad thai is something that most can not get right, it required family and lots of love. This is the spot you guys. If you and hubby need a quick break and walk, this is the place for you, especially if you love mango sticky rice.

Had a wonderful dinner here tonight. Just came into town, and we stopped here for dinner as we love Thai cuisine. We were not disappointed either. We started off with a couple of appetizers, which consisted of a sampler dim sum and then chicken spring rolls. Both were very good. I then selected my entrée from the chefs special, which was the shrimp and scallops in basil sauce with jasmine rice. The flavors were very distinctive and spicy. My daughter had the Tom Ka Kai soup and basil fried rice. Very nice authentic Thai dinner complemented with some saki and a couple Thai beers! I would make this my go to Thai restaurant if I lived in the area.

Excellent food and nice ambiance. The staff was very friendly. Everything we ate was delicious. Steamed dumplings, papaya salad (we ordered it hot and it was!), vegetable Pad Thai and Shrimp red curry.

This place is supposed to be open at 11am according to their posted hours. It’s 11:10AM and it’s locked up tight and nobody answers the phone either. I won’t waste my time driving here ever again.
