TRIO Restaurant & Market

While I can't really speak on the food because we didn't order anything but a light appetizer - the appetizer was delicious. It was a heated goat cheese with fig preserves that came with a perfectly warm and crusty French baguette. It was a girl's day so we all ordered a different drink to go with our little shareable appetizer and each one was delicious in its own way. The menus there are absolutely beautiful. I have a huge wine selection and a large menu of handcrafted cocktails. The bartender was very helpfu,l very knowledgeable, and was holding it down for not just the bar area but also the tables surrounding us. The gift shop, cheese bar, and refrigerated area where you can buy their take and bake appetizers home was just the icing on the cake. If you go I would highly recommend the C

We went here for a date night and had the smoked trout charcuterie board and a bourbon flight. The food was top notch and the drinks were even better. Austin and on of the bartenders were extremely accommodating and friendly. They had great reccomenations and made sure we had a good time. I live about half a mile from this place and never stopped in because I thought it was touristy. I could not have been more wrong. This place was great and we are definitely coming back soon.

Great place for brunches and dinners. TRIO has a complete different vibe than the other restaurants in the outerbanks. There’s always a wait time here during the weekends, so better go there keeping a buffer of 30-40min, sometimes even more on weekends nights. Like the name suggests it has a market attached to the restaurant. The market has various kinds of products like cheese, jam, and the sorts. They have a huge wine collection too! There is indoor and outdoor dining. The food was good, they have variety in the menu. The hot tea which we ordered was amazing! It’s called the “Northern Lights” and they sell it at the market too. The goat cheese and fig jam were delicious!!

Great service(starting with cheese samples while we waited), experience, and food to match. She crab and charcuterie were a great way to start. Shrimp and grits and other seasonal dish were very tasty. Bartenders made great recommendations and make great mock-tails too!! Dining in a cheese and wine shop was a great setup. Don't forget the Mandarin Orange Cake!!!!

We had a great dinner at Trio! Drinks appetizers, main entrees and desserts all were fantastic! Would definitely liek to go back again! Service was great as well. They also have a market selling beer, wine, and various food and gifts
