Viet Holic Vietnamese Cuisine and Cafe

Hands down the best Vietnamese cuisine I’ve had in the past year. Viet holic is still new. They’ve only been open about six months, and it already feels like a must stop spot. It’s in a location you’ll almost pass if you’re not looking for it. Right at Powhite Parkway, next to the Holiday Inn Express. Once you’re inside, the vibe completely changes. Clean, modern, and genuinely up to date without trying too hard. The broth was incredibly flavorful. Deep, rich, and clearly made with care. I ordered the pho round and brisket, plus the pork dumplings and pork spring rolls. Everything was fresh, hot, and packed with flavor. My wife got the chicken fried rice, and it was just as solid. I just ordered Takeaway and it was ready upon arrival. Be careful using any of the apps listed to order the food because they will charge a lot more. If you’re doing pick up then calling the restaurant directly we only tried two dishes, but they were good and good portion sizes on the pho. We wish there was more more herbs included in the Takeaway order, but we enjoyed the taste when you do take away. There’s only one size choice on the soup.

First time having pho. My husband and I wanted to try a different spot and we found this gem. It was so nice on the inside, clean. The waiter was really nice when we felt cold they even turned the heat up. Drinks was great. Oxtail and brisket pho. Fried chicken wings, combination fried rice and 3 meat pho is what we ordered! All of it amazing! When packing up our food the waiter suggested a way to do it do it would still have the same restaurant taste at home. We will definitely be going back.

I visited this restaurant with my mom, and we both really enjoyed it. The place is very clean and cozy, with relaxing music that creates a nice atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, and our waitress was especially sweet and polite. We ordered Pho 15 and Pho 19 (medium size) both were fresh, flavorful, and served in generous portions that felt bigger than expected. I also tried Thai tea, which was perfectly balanced in sweetness, while my mom had lychee tea. There was a small mix-up with her order at first which we didn’t notice and didn’t mind to keep as it is, but the waitress immediately apologized and later brought the correct drink free of charge as an apology, which made us feel very appreciated. An easy 5 stars all around. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful. It was also very clean! Those were the first two things that caught my attention upon walking in. My fiancé & I were instantly greeted & seated. Our server did not disappoint at all. He was very kind, very helpful, prompt & was on top of everything. Our food came out pretty quickly, everything was delicious. We ordered pho, the spring roll combo, pork dumplings, & taro milk tea boba. My fiancé & I already agreed we’d be back. There’s so much more on the menu that looks so good that we want to try.
