Saw a random Instagram post this morning about the soft opening, woke up my girlfriend and threw her in the car "where are we going?" "Croissants, no further questions" We were blown away! Everything was fantastic! We took a bag full of goodies home and popped them in the oven for a couple minutes while we made coffee. The ham and gruyere croissant was savory flaky goodness, just the right amount of salt. The miso peanutbutter cookie was so good, not overly sweet, not overly peanutbuttery. The creme brulee Danish we should have gotten two of so we didnt have to fight over it. The salted honey croissant was subtle in the best way, perfect with a nice cup of coffee. The apple galette was like a perfect little apple pie. I couldn't possibly pick a favorite. The staff was also extremely frien

The only thing missing from the photo is the cinnamon roll. It did not survive. So so good. buttery, flaky, and not too sweet. Just divine. Chocolate chip cookies, croissant, and brownie…. Omg the brownie. Tasty. Make your way to their location. Staff is very nice and patient.

Really great to see a nice French bakery in Blackwell/Manchester area! Finally stopped in today and was very happy. They had an apple gallette...one of my faves. Got two cookies to share with the fam (miso PB, and a crunchy croissant flake chocolate chip. I went around 2p so a lot of items were sold out...love to see it! It's right near Studio Two Three, so may become a go to choice for event refreshments. Stop by and support them on their journey.

SO happy to see more new businesses in southside. To be able to walk and get delicious coffee and pastries is a dream. I went this morning and the croissant was delicious.
