Victor's Grill Churrasqueria

The menu has a lot of variety and that's what caught my eye since I love steakhouses and have driven by here many times. We ordered the half parrillada: argentina and it was a good amount of food for two people. The steak came out medium rare as we asked but it really didn't taste like it had much seasoning. The chorizo was full of flavor though and the milanesa sandwich was surprisingly very good (wish they added a condiment though haha but we asked for mayo). The way everything came together in that sandwich worked really well. The plantains were just okay but the mashed potatoes were SO good and creamy. Maybe the best thing on the menu Service could have been better. After being greeted it took around ten minutes before anyone came back to take our order and our waitress didn't check

Great place that just opened up! They are waiting for their alcohol license though. Got d vinegar lingua, which was great! Also got d Victor special, very tasty but a tad over cooked on meat, so maybe ask for more under cooked. Overall will go back.

I dislike giving a bad review but I dislike paying for inedible food even more. My steak was raw, not medium rare as ordered. The quality of the meat was 3/10. Very bland, improperly cooked and not very good at all. Sides were weird and didn’t work with the steak. Boxed it up and gave it to my dog. Even he hesitated to finish lol No complaints on service. The staff is great. Victor however needs to learn how to cook a proper steak. Just look at my photos, yeah, nope

The best steak house in Springfield. Definitely a must try. The shrimp and steak were fantastic with generous portions for the price. We will definitely be back. Ivan S.

I loved it! I ordered a Falso Conejo, and I can tell after having this plate, this is by far the best one I tried so far over so many years, I recommend it a 100% .. the food at this restaurant is delicious, fresh and tastes authentic.
