Vicky Bakery Ave Maria

We ordered a birthday cake from Vicky’s Bakery this weekend and it honestly exceeded every expectation. They were able to take our order on short notice and still delivered a cake that looked and tasted like it had been planned for weeks. The design was absolutely stunning — everyone was taking selfies with the cake because the decoration was so beautiful. It was the kind of cake you almost don’t want to cut because it looks like a work of art. The size was generous, the quality was top-tier, and you can tell they use premium ingredients. Taste-wise, it was perfect. Not overly sugary, just balanced and smooth. The inside was soft, moist, and incredibly flavorful. It ended up being one of the best cakes we’ve ever had. Guests kept going back for seconds and were asking where it came from

We love Vicky Bakery! Even more now that this amazing Miami based bakery has made its way to AVE Maria! We have been patrons of the location of Davie since my eldest was in the womb. We enjoy their cakes and make it our family’s tradition to have one of their cakes for each of our birthdays every year. My personal favorite is the Tres leches cake. It’s soloist and so delicious. There’s just no other bakery around that makes it this way. I love that when I ask for my favorite cake I can get it fresh! They have an amazing selection of treats. Oh and the coffee yes please!!! A must visit in our beautiful town of Ave Maria for 👍 sure. When you go please let them know Coach Angie sent you! 😉

We walked up to the pickup counter to not be acknowledged for a good amount of time. No hello, smile, or anything. When we were finally acknowledged, we said we had a cake pickup. They handed our cake without the requested text that we had on the receipt, "Happy Birthday Babe!" which they said would be on the cake. The cashier got the manager & she said they couldn't write anything on the cake because it is "too hard to write with". It was regular chocolate frosting so we were confused as to why they couldn't. I'll attach a photo of their first attempt of writing "Happy Birthday Babe!" which was smudged & rushed (even though it took her 15 minutes to write one word...) I can’t say enough about how amazing this Spider-Man cake was! I actually traveled from Alabama to pick it up and it was worth every single mile. From the moment I saw the cake I fell in love with it I could tell this cake was made with incredible care and attention to detail. Not only did it look amazing, but it also tasted just as good! The cake was fresh, moist, and flavorful. This was more than I could ever asked for. Thank you Vickey💕
