Dunkin'

This establishment is a part of a large chain of dunkin’s, however, one thing they lack is variety and selection. The service is mediocre at best, the food is always and I mean ALWAYS dry, stale, or poor in the sense that it tastes like it’s been left out in the open for more than a day or two. It does not taste fresh. The coffee is one thing they get right. If you go to this dunkin, ensure that you’re going for beverages and nothing more. It’s cheap and they have good deals though so that’s a plus I guess

It’s great to see new businesses opening in Ave Maria, and the new Dunkin’ is a welcome addition. The store is clean, well organized, and the staff is friendly. It’s convenient to have a nearby spot for coffee and donuts without having to drive far. Nice to see all this new commerce flourishing and adding more options for the community.

I ordered a bagel with cream cheese. I stressed to the woman taking my order that I world like it toasted well. Because many times that I’ve ordered bagels its not toasted. She suggested I get it toasted dark. I said cool!! 😎 That’s what I want please and thank you. See pictures below!! It’s like a joke. I order a toasted bagel and this is what I get almost every time. I usually have to send it back or park in order to have it done right. How hard is it to toast a bagel???

I don’t usually order from this location but when I do they always get the order wrong. Wrong orders vary from missing items or not providing item as advertised. For example, I ordered a chicken bacon sandwich but they gave me a sandwich without the chicken.

I NEVER give reviews, but this was absolutely ridiculous. I made a mobile order online to pick up in-store, and had noticed they forgot to give me an item (a muffin) from my order - no problem at all, just a simple mistake and I had no issue going back in. I go back to the counter and let an employee know I'm missing an item from my order. She says she'll help me, then disappears to the back of the store. For 8 minutes. There is only one other person at the counter, and the line has gotten longer. There are no other employees in sight. I then have to wait on said line AGAIN and talk to another employee at the counter to get a simple muffin from a dispaly case less than 2 feet away from the register. The original employee I spoke with reappears, working on someone else's order. I apologize,
