Ledo Pizza - Ave Maria

I ate Ledos pizza back in the 1970's in College Park, MD. That was the original one started in 1955. I am very glad there's one down here in SW FLORIDA. The best pizza every!!! Go Terps!!!! Class of 1975. Also, go Theta Chi. I would very very highly recommend Ledos at Ava Maria University.

1st visit the wings (Hot Honey & Kickin Bourbon) were fantastic like better than the actual wing place and the service was outstanding. Husband had the meat lovers calzone and said it was very tasty. Ok, second visit over the weekend and the wings were smaller than last time and tasted kinda old, whomp whomp. Service was still great though.

The food was delicious. The problem is we had to wait about an hour before we got it. It's definitely understaffed ( 1 waitress that was doing multiple jobs). The waitress was very friendly though. The waiting ruins the whole experience. We were seated for about 15 minutes before anyone even came to us and that's because my husband went to ask if we placed our order at the counter or did they come to us? The drinks were so nice and cold perfect taste! And the cheese fries with bacon was 10/10. We did see you can order online and to be honest maybe that's the best way to enjoy it! Order. pick up, then head to a nice park!

Wonderful staff , they started a new brunch menu every 1st Sunday and I ordered the chicken and waffles with gravy on top . Delicious ! I go there every week for lunch with my crew of workers and the food never misses . Always good and always fresh ! Give them a try , you won’t be disappointed.

I’m born and raised in MD and I’ve been craving Ledos for years. I’ve always had to get my fix when I was home visiting but Thank God somehow a Ledos appeared within 15mins of us and it taste just like home! Their sauce is so good, their cheese is perfection but the crust… oh man it’s heaven. Service was great, quiet atmosphere, only dinged it on atmosphere bc there was a weird smell on and off. We will definitely be back!!!!
