If you’re looking for top tier barbecue, this spot is a must visit! The brisket is incredibly juicy and full of flavor, cooked to perfection. The ribs are tender, smoky, and fall right off the bone. And don’t even get me started on the Twinkies, they’re phenomenal and truly one of a kind! On top of the amazing food, the service is consistently great. Friendly staff, quick turnaround, and a welcoming atmosphere every time. Highly recommend!

The food, workers and experience was amazing!! We have catered with this company, and have bought from them frequently. We always get the ribs and have had the brisket as well. It’s always fresh, juicy and perfect! I can’t wait until we can visit again! I look forward to days where me and my family can splurge on Vevas!!! I have never been disappointed! Keep up the great work, guys! I’m soooo happy you got the food truck.

We saw the truck parked at Polar Rd IL last Saturday, never seeing the truck park there before and we decided to give it a try. Had a big order after a long day of football with the kids. We had 5 Pork Sandwiches, 5 Brisket Sandwiches, 5 Brisket Mac & Cheese and 12 Asada Tacos. While we were waiting the cook offered us some sample of brisket and the service was above and beyond. The food was fresh, right smoke not over powering and tender. We highly recommend it.

I wanted to like the food. The good: the ribs were tender. The rest: the only flavor I could discern was salt, no smokey flavor. The sauce was similar, just bland, and same with the Mac and cheese. My ribs were also worryingly pink in some spots. Like I said, not trying to be a grump but it was very very underwhelming. Also, i didn't want to mention it,, but the logo is hideous and off-putting.

The ribs were absolutely delicious—easily a 10/10 experience. Perfectly cooked, they were fall-off-the-bone tender with just the right balance of smoky flavor and seasoning. The rub was rich and flavorful without overpowering the meat, adding just the right amount of kick. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!
