Veltre's Pizza

Ordered delivery from Veltre’s Pizza and had a mixed experience. The pizza was just okay — the flavor was decent, but the crust was a bit too thick and doughy for our taste. It could’ve been rolled out thinner for a better texture and crisp. We also got a steak sub, and unfortunately, it was underwhelming. The bread was bulky and soft, and the actual steak portion was pretty skimpy — more bread than meat, which was disappointing. Now, the surprise hit of the meal was the Italian dog. It was loaded with flavor. In fact, I ended up stuffing the steak sub fixings into the Italian dog and oddly enough, it worked! Still, the Italian dog alone might have me coming back to try a few more things off the menu.

Definitely a family friendly welcoming group of people! The pizzas have a fresh homemade type crust with no skimping on the toppings just like I'd do it at home! We stopped by for the first time when we had just picked up our 2nd Xoloitzcuintli pup from the airport and the staff enjoyed meeting her which made us feel at home and part of the family! Lots of options to try here so we'll have to keep returning for sure!

My husband loves this place, not a long wait for the food. It was a nice place, girl on phone was little short. I always hate in customer service when you hear is that it….. Food was good for what we ate, found a bug in my salad and then everyone stopped eating. Been throwing up 🤮

Veltre’s is a local pizza shop that has been in business for many years. They opened a newer location off of coxcomb hill in plum. I ordered a cheese pie and everything was good, the sauce, crust. Don’t forget to get garlic butter on the side to dip the crust

If you’re in a tight spot and you’re looking for a place that will help you maintain your low-carb lifestyle, this is not the place for you. I called to order six meatballs in a container because I was in a pinch, I was told that they were not allowed to sell only meatballs. This is a pizza place, why are they not allowed to sell meatballs? Absolutely absurd.
