Vegan Thai Co.

Traveling from Texas, but this has to be some of the best Thai food I've ever had. The guy at the counter kept apologizing for the 15-minute wait, but I would have waited much longer for this. I had the Pad Woon Sen. This is a must try for vegans.

The vegan green curry was rich and flavorful, with a perfect balance of heat and creamy coconut milk. The Tom Yum soup was spicy, and tangy, with a beautifully aromatic broth. The Thai fried rice was perfectly cooked, with crisp veggies and tofu that added great texture. Each dish was fresh, flavorful. Highly recommend for anyone craving delicious vegan Thai food!

I drive from littleton every few months specifically for the cream cheese wontons, drunken noodles and Thai iced tea. I’m a creature of habit, I order the same thing every time, but I imagine the rest of the food is phenomenal as well! The food is reliably good, I’ve never been disappointed. Thank you guys for having such an awesome menu!!

Best Vegan Thai food I've ever had! This will be my go to spot when I'm back in town. My tummy is sooooooo happy. ☺️ Great portions for the price. There was a line for pick up orders out the door. I knew I made a great decision.

Amazing food. Loved the Khai Soi. My wife had the eggplant stir fry. Quaint place. The place seems primarily geared toward takeout as there was limited seating (only one table indoors and several outside) and the was a sign saying “no restrooms.” Small place and really no room. Back to the important…the food is amazing. Not from Longmont, but every time I’m in town, I’m going here. The picture of the edamame was after I was done. I was really hungry.
