Colorado Dumplings

I was pleasantly surprised by Colorado Dumplings, tucked away in Old Town Marketplace (332 Main Street) in Longmont. We went on a weekday afternoon, so there was no wait and the shared seating area was empty. The dumplings are incredibly flavorful! They are served sitting on top of a thick, savory sauce that tastes almost like curry. It also comes with two side sauces to try: a red sauce similar to a spicy salsa with a nice kick, and a creamy peanut sauce with actual peanut pieces in it. Both sauces complement the dumplings perfectly. We got an order of beef dumplings and an order of chicken. Each order comes with 10 dumplings, and the price is unbeatable at almost $1 per dumpling. I got 2 orders, 1 order of chicken dumplings and 1 order of beef dumplings. They came in a big bowl of 10 pretty decent sized dumplings in a sauce, i think it was a curry sauce...it was really good regardless. The dumplings in just the sauce was good, but they also give you their Fire in the Hole Sauce and a peanut/soy sauce on the side. Both sauces paired very well with both types of dumplings. The owner was very nice and helpful since it was my first time there. Definitely a hidden gem, if you don't look for it on Google you might not know it's here. It's inside the Old Town marketplace. If I'm back in the area I'll definitely come back. Side note, there's another small place right beside them called Abuelitas Empanada, try them out too!

The dumplings are scrumptious, the sauce is AMAZING! Super friendly, good service, clean and delicious! Served with love. Took less than 10 min and was definitely worth it. We will be returning!

This was the first place I went after flying in to Denver and it was so delicious. The dumpling shop is inside a building with other shops and restaurants. There is a shared dining area in the center. Service was friendly and the chicken dumplings were 10/10. They had a bit of a curry flavor and the peanut sauce that came with them was perfect.

The food was fantastic!! The sauce was flavorful, great mix of flavors added together. Great pricing and plenty of smiles to go around. Food was prepared quick and hot.
