CHI KAPE Cafe

This is my new favorite breakfast/brunch spot in Longmont! The food and coffee is delicious and the owner is so sweet. We had the cafe cubano, choco-latte, wa’iim bowl, pane con ouvo, and a guava cheese empanada. There are lots of gluten free options and all kinds of unique menu items. Highly recommend giving it a try!

Wow! What an absolute gem of a place. The owner and her daughter are so wonderful. You can really feel the passion she has for empowering women and her commitment to sharing the hard work and stories of Guatemalan growers. Every coffee they serve is a single origin. My iced coffee was so delicious I literally licked the lid that had remnants of foam on it and the blueberry empanada was out of this world. Warm, gooey, not too sweet. This is one of the best places in not just Longmont, but in Colorado.

The coffee house/restaurant is amazing. The barista is very knowledgeable about coffee and will help you get the perfect drink. Her sandwiches and empanadas are made fresh and are exceptional. The desserts are beautiful and delicious. They even do custom cakes. Support local and treat yourself.

Love this place! The coffee and food is amazing! I have also ordered several custom cakes and cupcakes and wouldn't trust any other bakery. Esly is a pure delight and makes the whole experience top notch. She is so friendly and passionate about her products!

Absolute joy. It's wild how little people know about coffee until you learn from someone who lives for it. Elsy was amazing and is the EXACT type of person you want to support. I wish all the fancy pants people on main Street would enjoy real culture and try this place. 6 stars if I could.
