Van Noble Farms is the most amazing catering company I have ever worked with. They catered our wedding and I have nothing but amazing things to say. Throughout the entire process they were very responsive and thought of every little details. The staff was so kind and caring and made my night absolutely perfect. The food was outstanding and still has everyone talking about it!

Van Noble catered our wedding this year, and we were so so impressed with the quality of the food and service. The food was hands-down the best food I've had at a wedding, and we got so many compliments on everything. Everything was super fresh and local, with incredible flavor! I hired Van Noble Farm to cater my 100-person wedding at New Park in Ithaca. The food was spectacular, all of our guests raved about it, and it was great having the smoker on site at the event. We were thrilled to have found a caterer who was using local ingredients. Devon and Tracy helped us out with planning throughout many COVID rule changes and made everything easy for us. We used Van Noble for our bartending as well (beer & wine only). This was a major help because we didn't have to find an additional vendor for our bar service. They also did an amazing job setting up our wedding desserts that we brought in from a bakery in a beautiful way. We hired Van Noble for our wedding, and from the start, I knew we’d made the right decision—local friends had nothing but great things to say. The catering menu was extensive, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. I ended up adding on extra items, including the orzo salad which was amazing and so fresh. The staff was friendly and professional, and everything was set up beautifully. They got the timing just right, from small bites as guests arrived to the main course and dessert. We hired Van Noble Farms to cater a large rehearsal dinner for mostly out-of-town guests and we couldn’t have been happier with our decision.
