Halsey House

We had a great time at Halsey House! It's a beautiful mansion and has been discretely updated to be very comfortable. The hosts were really pleasant and easy to deal with. We hope to go back!

The new owners, Virginia and Matt, were very friendly and had plenty recommendations on places to check out. The rooms were in great condition! We also liked how it was a short drive to many things like the Falls, Wineries, and Ithica.

The Halsey House is a wonderful escape from the bustle of everyday life. The owners, David and David, are truly delightful hosts and ensure that your comfort and tranquility are their top priority. The home itself is gorgeously appointed and amazingly maintained, making the experience of an overnight stay quite memorable. Each room is unique and special while tastefully decorated. We have stayed at the Halsey House three times now, having stayed in two different rooms, and we have not been disappointed. All other charms aside, the breakfasts are to die for! The Davids never skimp on the most important meal of the day, so bring your appetite! The Halsey House is a must-visit if you're looking for a comforting, charming place to lodge in the Trumansburg/Ithaca area.
