Had our daughters baptism there with a party of 40, they did an absolutely phenomenal job! John took great care of us, the food was phenomenal, the bartender was attentive, and the done was gorgeous and felt recently renovated. 3 couples there for the party said they wanted to go next time they’re in town to visit! Can’t recommend enough.

I cannot thank Vals Tavern enough for helping to plan my mom’s surprise 60th birthday party. We used the upstairs private room with our own bar and balcony. John, the event planner, was attentive from the very beginning, and provided helpful information throughout the process of planning. It was such a pleasure speaking with John and working with him. We owe the success of the party to John and his caring staff. Jeff, the bartender, ensured each of our guests were always taken care of, along with being so polite and friendly. Courtney, the manager, was fantastic to work with. She ensured everything ran smoothly for our party. They were all beyond professional while being such kindhearted people to be working with throughout the night. Our guests raved about the food and customer service. E

Ordered the Lobster pizza w/ hot marinara sauce and the classic plain pie. Overall just ok. Pizza is a manufactured crust with bland sauce. Basically a sports bar with tvs on all the walls. 1 and DONE...

I've eaten here many times since 2008. Food is ALWAYS very good, service is great! I will stop in any time I am in the area & regularly recommend.

The bar staff were friendly and accommodating. Shared a pizza and a chicken dish off the specials menu. Everything was awesome. Nice crowd. Live music on a Friday night.
