Vail Public Library

Great library to visit for visitors! Easy walk along the Gore Creek Trail. While we were there, they offered story time twice a week and gentle yoga in Tuesday morning. It’s a very beautiful library. Children’s play area has good offering of toys, puzzles, and books, and the hand painted murals are gorgeous.

Extremely comfortable environment with a fireplace, comfortable couches, reclining chairs, 150 feet from the river with great views of aspens and spruce trees.

I love this quaint library. It’s very spacious and filled with comfortable seating to peruse written material. Plus, they have free gentle yoga every Friday at 11:30 AM in their community center. Truly a remarkable public space that I hope all the Vail residents take full advantage of.

My daughter and I visited from out of town because we love reading picture books together. We were blown away by Ms. Laurine! Story time with her was a blast. She remembers all of the kids' names, does a great job of keeping their attention, and chooses activities that are fun, engaging, and memorable. We will definitely come back for another story time ASAP!

After a long day of exploring or skiing, come to this relaxing library and unwind with a good book or take a relaxing stroll down the path of a babbling brook right behind the library. Incredibly relaxing place to visit
