Utica Public Library

We came here for the first time and immediately fell in love with the character of the building and with the staff and their dedication to their community. The children’s area was especially beautiful and well stocked. The library was very inviting and it had plenty of free parking.

The Utica Public Library, its staff and Sara B. continue to go above and beyond to serve the community and make the library a welcoming experience for all. Whether it's the helpful assistance, amazing opportunities provided on the community calendar, partnering organizations that bring education and workshops to the public in their spaces, or the clean and welcoming environment- they do it all. We are so lucky to have such an active and engaged library team in our city.

An absolute gem in Utica. Amazing space, thorough collection, and quality programs that are free to the public. The best part is their incredibly helpful and kind staff! Great place to bring your kids, learn something new, or connect with other people in the community without having to spend a dime.

The Genealogical library staff have been tremendously helpful. They are absolutely phenomenal !

This place has really cool programs, architecture and books! Heidi helped me when I'd been flailing for months. I still wish I had sent her a fruit basket. Anyway, you can borrow more than books! Check it out!! What a resource!!
