USA Chicken and Biscuit

USA Chicken & Biscuit is an absolute gem. The fried chicken is perfectly crispy, juicy, and full of flavor, and the spicy rice is seriously delicious — it has just the right amount of heat and seasoning. You can tell the food is made with care. What really makes this place stand out, though, is the owner. He’s local, incredibly kind, and genuinely appreciative of his customers, which makes the experience even better. If you’re looking for great comfort food and want to support a local business, this place is a must-try. Highly recommend.

I got 'The Spot' with chicken and beef. It was about 15$ before tip and I received a comically small amount of dry chicken and beef on top of rice. Literally, a few pieces. I know times are hard but it was hard to enjoy it knowing I'd shelled out $15 hard earned dollars for basically rice and salad. I won't be going here again and don't recommend you do either.

I still don’t want to give poor rating. No doubt the food is tasty and delicious. It was almost closing time. I went around 10:10PM. I order the food at least once in a week. Today I ordered 5 pcs chicken with fries on the side. When I unbox it after reaching home. I didn’t see enough fries. I called immediately, the guy who packed my order said I’m so sorry. Sorry is not an excuse. This is not the way to treat to the customer. If they don’t have enough fries then try should have let us know. Also I know the owner very well and he knows me well too. Please see the picture of the fries which I got it today.

I order here quite often and have NEVER been disappointed. Prices are good, food is better, the people are friendly and the cooks are fast. My suggestion is order a mixed spot with the white sauce and then get a piece of their tres leches cake. Best cake I’ve ever had if I’m being honest haha. Amazing! Go check it out!

Strolling the downtown while in town for the weekend, and I came across this place. The smell of the food drew me in. I was heading back to my hotel, so I was just grabbing something quick. I just ordered a few pieces of chicken, and that was it. When I got back into my room, I opened the box, and the aroma of the chicken still had me. It was well seasoned and delicious. Next time I come to town, I'll try more on their menu.
