The Potato Concept

Stopped in for a quick bite before a show. Saw this place on NH Chronicle and wanted to give it a try. We were promptly greeted as soon as we walked in and the extremely friendly and helpful staff helped us with our selection. This was our first and won’t be our last time coming here. We ordered our food and it was served quite quickly and tasted delicious. A definite must try!

Picture doesn’t do the size of this justice. Couldn’t tell if it was two decent sized potatoes or one behemoth!? Noticed this business while stopped at an intersection a few months ago and couldn’t believe my eyes. I finally had an opportunity to pop in and try it, and I would say it was totally worth it. Staff was extremely friendly, tons of options to choose from and great quality of the food. A great spot I will certainly be back to visit.

10 out of 10! Great service and the baked potato was delicious. They heat the potato with cheese so there are crispy cheese bits. Comfort food at its best. Will be back again.

After seeing this restaurant on NH Chronicle, we decided to make the 45 mins drive down to try it out. We were not disappointed! We were greeted by the owner, who was very friendly and appreciative of us stopping in. The portions are big and the ingredients were fresh. The bacon had a nice smoky flavor. The potato was cooked perfectly! We left full and satisfied and will definitely come back again when in the area!

Awesome Family Owned Business with a helpful and positive vibe. I was looking to eat something on the healthier side during a quick visit to Manchester this week and I am glad I chose this spot. I’ll be back.
