Urban Plates

This is literally a food paradise. Large variety of options and delicious food dishes. Some people were singing guitars and the atmosphere was super pleasant. Chess players are also having a lot of fun in the areas playing blitz games and creating strategic mind clouds 🤓 I strongly recommend this place for a wonderful evening.

I ordered the Grilled Salmon with a side of mashed potatoes and mac and cheese. The salmon itself was nicely grilled, but I did not like the Dijon sauce that came with it. The mashed potatoes were okay, and the mac and cheese was creamy and enjoyable. The highlight of the meal was definitely the Chocolate Flourless Cake. It tasted like a rich brownie and was so delicious—and it’s gluten-free, which is a great bonus. I absolutely loved it and would order it again. Overall: decent meal, amazing dessert. 🍫💗

Not my first time at Urban Plates, and it’s always a wonderful experience. From the moment you walk in, the staff greet you warmly, which sets the tone right away. The salmon was tender and flavorful, the mashed potatoes creamy and yummy, and the Brussels sprouts were cooked perfectly. I also tried the dragonfruit and strawberry drink. It was super refreshing and tasty. What I really appreciate is that they consistently serve healthy cuisine without compromising on flavor. Alex even went around to every table to check on our meals, which made the service feel extra thoughtful.

Apparently people's standards and expectations are low. I say this because this establishment was busy, yet the service and food were subpar and everyone seemed fine- except us... who still maintain a certain level of standards and expectations. I ordered online from the table, after creating an account, and was very specific with my order, which included (from the section where they specifically ask if you want utensils and how many of each item) the amount of forks, spoons, knives, straws and napkins we would need- I was thorough in answering, but sadly the person assigned to bring out our order, did not take the time to read. With this said, the plates I ordered were NOTHING like the picture the advertize, and the amount of meat was miserable to say the least- my son and husband ordered

Totally made my day, manager gave me a free dessert after venting about my job and talking to him about the restaurant. Food is amazing and the manager Camilo who took my order was so nice! I stopped by after work and was really excited to try it out and the is experience will definitely have me coming back again. Thank you kind workers!
